HuskyCT Support
Since 1999, WebCT has
been serving as UConn's supported course management software
program. In 2005 UConn began its transition to HuskyCT,
an "academic enterprise" learning management system.
The Institute for Teaching & Learning continues to offer
HuskyCT workshops and one-on-one sessions through the Instructional
Resource Center (IRC). Faculty and other instructors seeking
help with our current version of HuskyCT should call 486-5052
to request an individualized one-on-one session.
Academic departments, schools and colleges should contact
the IRC to arrange specialized HuskyCT workshops
for their faculty or staff. Additionally, faculty and other
instructors can sign-up for the general HuskyCT workshops.
Staff of the Learning Resource Center support students in their HuskyCT use. The LRC Student Educational Technology Assistants (or SETAs) staff the LRC help desk from 10 AM to 10 PM throughout the academic year and provide telephone and on-line HuskyCT assistance. Students can also visit the LRC on Level 1 of the Homer Babbidge Library for individual assistance.
