AV Technology Services

Our goal at AV Technology Services is to provide academic support of Hi-Tech Classrooms to the University of Connecticut Storrs and regional campuses through classroom audio/video systems, faculty training, design, installation and maintenance.

We have dedicated staff members who wish to make your instructor and student experience in a high tech classroom a positive one. We understand how technology is taking instruction to new levels and creating better learning environments for our students and would like to help lead the way.

Some of our responsibilities include design, installation and maintenance of hi-tech equipment, programming of control systems and touch screen interfaces, imaging, support and maintenance of classroom computers and training of faculty and staff on the proper use of AV equipment in the classrooms. We work closely with Facilities Operations, Architects, AV design consultants, AV installers and AV equipment vendors to insure all classrooms live up to the University of Connecticut standards.
